Purchase made on this website, momentum-trend.com, meaning you used the cart and checkout on this site.

Our refund and returns policy on our Expert Advisors lasts 30 days, providing you bought it directly through this website. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within 24 hrs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Purchases made through MQL5.com

We cannot issue refunds if you bought our Expert Advisors on MQL5.com (MetaQuotes website), MQL5.com handles all financial transactions on behalf of Retail Trading Realities Ltd, in return they take their cut of the sale price. Their policy is; once an Expert Advisor has been activated there are no refunds. You will have to login and contact the Service Desk at MQL5.com . Please read their policy on their website.

Our Free EAs made available on ForexVPS.net Server Offer

You will have to contact ForexVPS.net for any refunds. You pay monthly for a VPS, to cancel a ForexVPS.net subscription, Login to ForexVPS.net and cancel before your next billing date. We at Retail Trading Realities Ltd, cannot cancel your ForexVPS.net subscription.

 

Affiliate member Payouts

We cannot release funds until after 31 days, we have to honor our customers 30 day return policy. 

Customers can become Affiliates and use their own coupon codes to get discounts (20%) on digital downloads and 20% of broker rebates we, RTR Ltd, receive. In fact we encourage it.

No purchase necessary to become an Affiliate.

Affiliate Dashboard

Minimum payments , your affiliate commission balance must be more than £25 for a payout , that should not be a problem , digital downloadable product transactions should get you a commission of £79.00 to £99.00 . 

Commissions on broker account sign-ups work like this: 

• “Bradley” has the following affiliate link  https://momentum-trend.com?ref=BRAD
• Using that url link, a potential client fills out Web Form, we know Bradley introduced the client to us.
• Our potential client clicks the url link, thinks about our offer, returns 20 days later to submit the form. The url link left a cookie in the clients browser 20 days ago, cookies expire after 30 days. We know Bradleys’ url link introduced the client to us.
• Clients can also be Affiliates and get a rebate from us on own MT5 account commissions (encouraged).
• Client sign ups are not/never displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard Area, the information is too sensitive (financial information about clients).
• Payouts for 20% of our broker commissions are based on trust. We can tell you how many account sign-ups you introduced to us and how much you have generated at the end of the month, We’ll keep you up to date once your balance is over $25.00USD.
• Affiliates get paid via Paypal (our preference), Bank Faster Payments/Wire Transfer, or in your MT5 broker account (broker rebate commission). 
• Retail trading Realities Ltd as an Introducing Broker receives a percentage of the spread. Affiliates can earn up to 20% of what we, RTR LTD (UK) receive from our partner brokers.
• Affiliates using their own 20% off coupon codes on their own purchases,  cannot receive the 20% commission on that purchase 31 days after (after our ’30 day Money back Guarantee’). This is to comply with the UKs’ ATM (Anti-Money Laundering) laws. To sell a product to an individual, only to give cash back after 31 days is the definition of money laundering. The difference between a 20% off Coupon is that the discount happens before the electronic transaction has been completed, not after.
• No more than 1 Coupon can be used for a purchase (1 coupon per shopping Cart).
• Affiliates are not to spam; message boards, forums, Discord/Telegrams groups.
• Affiliates should include their momentum-trend.com custom URL links on their own social media, own blog/reviews

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
