Purchase made on this website, momentum-trend.com, meaning you used the cart and checkout on this site.
Our refund and returns policy on our Expert Advisors lasts 7 days, providing you bought it directly through this website (using the shopping cart) and you have not activated the product. Activated the product means you have initialized the EA with it’s unique password. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24 hrs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Purchases made through MQL5.com
We cannot issue refunds if you bought our Expert Advisors on MQL5.com (MetaQuotes website), MQL5.com handles all financial transactions on behalf of Retail Trading Realities Ltd, in return they take their cut of the sale price. Their policy is; once an Expert Advisor has been activated there are no refunds. You will have to login and contact the Service Desk at MQL5.com . Please read their policy on their website.
Purchases that came through via independent marketers/freelancers (email sales) – We work with independent marketers to get sales. We cannot issue refunds For Expert Advisors as the EA is locked to a MT5 account and not controlled by our http authentication system. On initializing the EA you did not need to allow web requests in the EA, to get the EA to work . So there is no way of us retrieving that EA from your computer . We also payout their (marketers’) share of the sale immediately. Email sales are done at a discount (compared to the prices on the momentum-trend.com shop website) for this reason. Retail Trading Realities Ltd does not have a 7-day returns Guarantee agreement with any marketer/freelancer . The terms of the sale were between you and the marketer.
Our Free EAs made available on ForexVPS.net Server Offer
You will have to contact ForexVPS.net for any refunds. You pay monthly for a VPS, to cancel a ForexVPS.net subscription, Login to ForexVPS.net and cancel before your next billing date. We at Retail Trading Realities Ltd, cannot cancel your ForexVPS.net subscription.
EA License:
1 IP address can be used at a time, meaning as many MT5 terminals you can fit on 1 IP address. If you use this EA on 2 IP addresses simultaneously, The EA won’t initialize next time you restart. 2 IP addresses on the same day, means password-key deleted from database . A violation of the purchase agreement you have with us.
Affiliate member Payouts
We cannot release funds until after 8 days, we have to honor our customers 7 day return policy.
Customers can become Affiliates and use their own coupon codes to get discounts (20%) on digital downloads. In fact we encourage it.

Minimum payments , your affiliate commission balance must be more than £25 for a payout , that should not be a problem , digital downloadable product transactions should get you a commission of at least £100

- Affiliates using their own 20% off coupon codes on their own purchases, cannot receive the 20% affiliate commission on that purchase 8 days after (after our 7 day Money back Guarantee’). This is to comply with the UKs’ ATM (Anti-Money Laundering) laws. To sell a product to an individual, only to give cash back after 8 days is the definition of money laundering. The difference between a 20% off Coupon is that the discount happens before the electronic transaction has been completed, not after.
- No more than 1 Coupon can be used for a purchase (1 coupon per shopping Cart).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
